Master of Arts in Human Rights and Democratization (International Program)
Master of Arts Program in Human Rights and Democratization (International Program) is a collaborated program that partners with four other universities in Asia-Pacific region. This made us known as the Asia Pacific Regional Proram or the APMA. The four collaborating institutions include Ateneo de Manila Univesrity (the Philippines), Gadjah Mada University (Indonesia), Kathmandu School of Law (Nepal) and University of Colombo (Sri Lanka). The degree offers students the opportunity to study in both at Mahidol University in the first semester and choose to complete two elective courses and thesis at one of the collaborating institutions in the second semester.
The Program is also the regional arm of the Global Campus of Human Rights which is co-funded by the European Commission. We have network of more than 100 academic institutions around the world that offer human rights education at higher education level. The Program collaborates closely with the similar programs in six other regions around the world through the Global Campus network.
