The Pyin-Nya-Man-Daing programme (PNMD) is ensuring continued support for access to education with emphasis on enhancing independent academic institutions and scholars’ as well as civil society capacity to develop academic and research programmes to support peace and democracy in Myanmar.
Under the PNMD Programme, the Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies (IHRP), Mahidol University is opening applications for Myanmar students either in Myanmar or any other country who have a strong interest in pursuing extracurricular studies at the certificate level in 2024. The Academic Certificate Programme is for undergraduate students wanting to expand their knowledge in the political and social science field and learn from a strong field of academics. Students will actively participate in discussions with other students, tutors, as well as local and international experts.
