On July 20, 2023, Asst. Prof. Dr. Padtheera Narkurairattana, lecturer of the Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies (IHRP), Mahidol University, was invited to be a guest lecturer on the topic “A Dialogue for Reconciliation Guildline”, the Advanced Program on Human Rights for the Executive Officers at the Miracle Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok, organized by the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection.
