       Business and human rights (BHRs), Business for Peace (B4P), impacts of business on human rights and peace, roles and responsibilities of business in promoting human rights and peace, stakeholder theory, business ethics, critical thinking, design thinking process, peace talk, public-private-people participation (PPPP/4Ps), global supply chain

HPPS 101 Conflict Transformation by Peaceful Means

        Peace theory, violence and conflict; types of violence, case studies of daily violence; conflict analysis and conflict transformation by peaceful means; nonviolent tools; dialogue with deep listening; nonviolent communication; implementation of nonviolence in daily life.

HPPS 102 Society, War, and Peace

        The importance of philosophy, its view on man and society, war and peace; western, eastern, and other paradigms; human rights, human dignity, social harmony; international and national history of war and peace and of violence and nonviolence; conflict and conflict transformation in politics, economy, society, resources in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

    Exploring concepts and theories of peace, conflict and violence through the lens of film; analyzing conflict and peace in cinematic narratives; case studies of conflict and peacebuilding in different countries; lessons and impacts of violence through film-based storytelling; understanding conflict transformation; learning about restorative justice; engaging in dialogue to foster intercultural understanding; exploring coexistence.
