On November, 2022, Dr.Vachararutai Boontinand, Director of the Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies, Mahidol University (IHRP) was invited as a guest speaker on the topic Diplomacy, Development and the Man Rights under activities entitled “Nation to Nation: Humanity in Challenging Times” at the Auditorium, International College, Mahidol University (Salaya).
