Asst. Prof. Dr. Padtheera Narkurairattana, was invited to participate and presented the research article.

On 7 November, Asst.Prof. Padtheera Narkurairattana presented her research article titled: Dusun Nyor Monument and the Seven Martyrs Blessed Memorial of Song Khon:  The Sites of Contested History Monuments Narratives on the Rebellions and the Minority Rights’ Oppression in Thailand in the Federation of  International  Human Rights Museums-Asia Pacific,  Annual Conference 2023 under the theme ‘Synergizing for Human Rights: Collaboration between Museums and Communities in the Asia-Pacific Region,’ at International Conference Hall of Tsai Lecture, College of Law, National Taiwan University and National Human Rights Museum on 6-11 November, 2023, Funded by Taiwan government. 

 The article aims to raise awareness of how the state as a perpetrator and ethnoreligious minorities as the oppressed deal with contested memories, especially the trauma history. The site of memory should be used for healing the oppressed, resuming human dignity, protecting the rights of the culture of minorities, and preventing similar incidents no longer to happening again more than commoditization for tourism.
