Course Descriptions

  1. HPRD 557 Critical and Emerging Human Rights Issues in Nepal and HPRD 561 South Asia Regional and National Human Rights Norms and Mechanisms will take the courses in the Kathmandu School of Law, Nepal;
  2. HPRD 558 Critical and Emerging Human Rights Issues in Sri Lanka and HPRD 561 South Asia Regional and National Human Rights Norms and Mechanisms will take the courses in the University of Colombo;
  3. HPRD 559 Critical and Emerging Human Rights Issues in Indonesia and HPRD 562 Southeast Asia Regional and National Human Rights Norms and Mechanisms will take the courses in the Gadjah Mada University; and
  4. HPRD 560 Critical and Emerging Human Rights Issues in the Philippines and HPRD 562 Southeast Asia Regional and National Human Rights Norms and Mechanisms will take the courses in the Ateneo de Manila Univesrity.

The students will do thesis (HPRD 698 Thesis) in the respective country that they take the elective courses in the second semester.
