วันที่ 16 มกราคม 2566 หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาสิทธิมนุษยชนและการพัฒนาประชาธิปไตย (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) สถาบันสิทธิมนุษยชนและสันติศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จัดการอบรมหลักสูตรจริยธรรมการวิจัยเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน (Training course on Ethical Research for Human Rights) โดยมี Dr. Michael George Hayes หัวหน้าโครงการ Global Campus Children Rights Livelihood (GC-RLF) กล่าวแนะนำโครงการและต้อนรับผู้เข้าอบรมทั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก Dr. Mark Kavenagh Director of Evident เป็นวิทยากรร่วมกับ Dr. Mark Capaldi อาจารย์ประจำสถาบันสิทธิมนุษยชนและสันติศึกษา ณ ห้อง 109 อาคารปัญญาพิพัฒน์ สถาบันสิทธิมนุษยชนและสันติศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล วิทยาเขตศาลายา การจัดอบรมในครั้งนี้เพื่อนำเสนอประเด็นหลักจริยธรรมสำหรับการทำวิจัย  วิทยานิพนธ์ที่ครอบคลุมประเด็นหลักของการวิจัยเชิงจริยธรรม การเมืองของการวิจัย และการวิจัยตามสิทธิ และผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมสามารถเข้าใจภูมิหลังทางประวัติศาสตร์ของจริยธรรมในการวิจัยในมนุษย์ และหลักการการปฏิบัติต่อความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลและการไม่เปิดเผยตัวตนและการรักษาเป็นความลับ
