On December 13, 2022, The Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies (IHRP) as a representative of the ASEAN University Network-Human Rights Education (AUN-HRE) under a contract between The Norwegian Centre for Human Rights, University of Oslo and Mahidol University in collaboration with The Thailand Representative of ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) and The SHAPE-SEA Project was organized The Regional Colloquium on “ASEAN Human Rights Declaration (AHRD): Ten Years On” Opening speech and welcome audience by H.E. Prof. Amara Pongsapich, Representative of Thailand to AICHR, Ms. Thea Ottmann, Charge d’affaires of Royal Norwegian Embassy in Bangkok, and Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, M.D., President of Mahidol University, at the Chumphot-Pantip meeting room, 4th Floor, Prajadhipok-Rambhai Barni Building, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, and online hybrid via Zoom Meeting application and Facebook Live.
