On December 14, 2022, Dr. Vachararutai Boontinand, Director of the Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies, welcomed Lecturers and Students from Can Tho University. The purpose of the visit was to exchange educational experiences between the Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies, Mahidol University and Ho Chi Minh City University of Law at room no.109, the Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies, Mahidol University, Salaya.
